New Partner and Head of our Property Law Group

We welcome a new partner and head of our property law group, David Nematalla. David who has close to 20 years’ experience in property and commercial law, was previously a senior lawyer at a specialist property law firm in the CBD of Brisbane. Prior to this, David held as partnership at Gold Coast’s largest property law firm before venturing to Brisbane.

David is an expert and specialist in all areas of property, with specific expertise in property development law, hotel & specialised assets, child care and general real estate. With a number of large projects to his credit in South East Queensland, David is considered by his peers as one of the leading Queensland specialists in property law, and will no doubt bring a new found depth in this area of specialty to the Gold Coast.

David joins Ramsden Lawyers five other partners, and its 30+ lawyers, forming part of Gold Coast’s largest and most premier law practice.
