Working as an articled clerk in property development and migration for a boutique private practice, Terrina was admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2005.
Joining the Australian Small Scale Offerings Board (ASSOB) as corporate Legal Counsel in 2007, Terrina specialised in capital raising, investment marketing and corporate governance, working with over 300 public unlisted companies for seed funding, to the value of $140m over 8 years. Terrina’s involvement with ASSOB saw her develop an in-house share registry and company secretarial business to service ASSOB’s capital raising platform as Operations Manager. Terrina is a former director and company secretary of ASSOB having taken the company through a listing and delisting process from the NSX and a qualified company secretary.
