“LIVINWell in our Workplaces” is a new initiative by LIVIN and Ramsden Lawyers Gold Coast.
With Mental health issues in the workplace growing rapidly across the country, more than four million Australians are affected by mental health conditions every year. LIVINWell in our Workplaces, aims to engage corporate Australia through the creation of a facilitated bi-monthly breakfast forum, using LIVIN’s existing knowledge and expertise and combining our networks to engage employees and employers alike.
Businesses host a boardroom breakfast, inviting their staff and professional networks with LIVIN provisioning qualified facilitators to aid in leading the discussions. This format is designed to facilitate organic conversations among colleagues and clients about issues they are facing, and all in a relaxed environment. The next event would then be hosted by one of the invitee’s ‘paying-it-forward’ thereby starting a cycle amongst professional networks that will continue across multiple networks. We want professionals to support each other in this platform and look at how they can help support staff and clients.
