Congratulations to Australian Childcare Projects Ltd. Our client ACP has completed the sale of its business to Morgan Stanley (‘MS’). Our Managing Partner John Ramsden was a founding director and shareholder of ACP and was instrumental in the transaction to MS. The ACP business having been established in 2013 is essentially a childcare development business that had underway in excess of 25 childcare developments and was intending to undertake a further 50-100 childcare developments in the next 2-3 years, that on realisation will value ACP at in excess of $200m. Ramsden Lawyers are involved in a number of large projects similar to ACP at present, utilising the depth of specialised skill in commercial and corporate law to deliver on such projects.
