With a very successful 2018 behind it, Ramsden Lawyers is very excited to announce that it has hit the ground running in 2019 with two new announcements.

 

SYDNEY CBD OFFICE

On 7 January 2019, Ramsden Lawyers officially opened its Sydney office located on level 17 of the Capita Building in the Sydney CBD. Our Sydney location is a fully serviced and operational office that practices in the same areas of law as the Gold Coast office. The Sydney office will be headed by Reece Ramsden joined the practice January 2019 as a partner.

Ramsden Lawyers has evolved to the point where many of its networks and large corporate clients are located in Sydney, which makes the need to establish a proper presence in the largest Australian corporate market essential. With more than six (6) ASX IPOs presently being targeted for listing before 30 June, and another 4-5 ASX IPOs before December 2019, with an estimated total market capitalisation value of $1 billion. Ramsden Lawyers has forged itself as the only true corporate law firm on the Gold Coast that has the high level of expertise capable of practicing at the highest level in corporate law.

In addition to the Sydney office, Ramsden Lawyers is presently in the process of properly establishing its Brisbane office, which is hoped to be fully operational before 30 June 2019. Ramsden Lawyers is also presently considering opening satellite offices in Auckland and Singapore, which are earmarked to launch late 2019 or early 2020.
