We can also protect you from purchasing a property with significant problems. When preparing your contract we can ensure it is subject to you receiving a reasonably satisfactory building report from a qualified builder. Pests can often also be a problem in Queensland and New South Wales, so we can ensure your contract gives you the right to have a pest inspector visit the property to check for termites and other unsavoury insects, pests and rodents.

We also look ahead to Settlement – which is the day you pay the price (less any deposit you have already paid) in return for you receiving the property. This can often be a stressful time for you, so our experienced team are able to foresee any potential issues which may arise – preventing any issues which could arise.

We are experienced in assisting buyers purchasing off the plan. As off the plan contracts are often in favour of the Seller, we suggest booking a time to meet with a Conveyancing Manager so we can ensure your rights are protected before you sign a document which is legally binding.
