Ailsa Day is a Partner at Ramsden Lawyers, and Head of the Family Law Department, Gold Coast and Brisbane. She joined our family law division in 2019 and has worked exclusively in family law since being admitted to practice.
She has been recognised in the prestigious Doyle’s 2024 Guide as a recommended Family and Divorce Lawyer on the Gold Coast. This recognition is a testament to Ailsa’s expertise and dedication to family law.
Ailsa has gained experience representing clients in a broad range of financial and parenting matters, both in Court and through alternative dispute resolution methods. She is particularly interested in financial matters, especially those involving corporate entities and parenting matters involving the recovery of children or risk factors. However, she has the skills to assist clients in all areas of family law.
Ailsa’s objective is to assist her clients with a holistic resolution of their family law matters. She would prefer to assist her clients using Alternative Dispute Resolution in which she has experience but also has the relevant skills and experience to help her clients navigate the Court process when Court intervention is necessary.
Ailsa understands that taking the first step to seeing a lawyer can be difficult and emotional. She would like to think that after meeting with her they feel comfortable and confident in her ability to guide them through the often confusing process.
