Belinda Northam

Belinda was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland 2006 and provides a wealth of experience in all aspects of commercial, property and succession law. With a track record of delivering exceptional legal services, she has earned a reputation for providing strategic and insightful counsel to clients in various industries.

 Belinda excels in advising businesses of all sizes, from startups to established corporations, on a wide range of commercial matters. She has a deep understanding of contract law, business negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance.

To ensure clients’ interests are protected throughout the entire property lifecycle, Belinda utilises her strong background in property law which includes handling complex real estate transactions, property disputes, leasing agreements, and land development issues.

Belinda also practices in succession planning, estate administration, and asset protection. She helps clients create comprehensive estate plans, navigate probate processes, and manage the transfer of wealth to the next generation while minimizing tax implications.

Commencing at Ramsden Lawyers as a junior lawyer in 2007, Belinda has steadily advanced her career, and currently heads up the Commercial group and Wills & Estates team as a Partner. Her journey within the firm has been marked by continuous growth and achievement.
