Charlotte McGrath

In 2023, Charlotte McGrath graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce with the degree of Bachelor of Laws at Macquarie University. She has recently completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law and is set to be admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2024.

Before her admission, Charlotte has been actively engaged in the field of family law, working as a paralegal over the past year. During this period, she has developed substantial knowledge and experience in managing various aspects of family law cases, including issues related to property settlements, parenting arrangements, divorce proceedings, and child support.

Charlotte has a profound interest in Family Law and is dedicated to assisting clients during what can often be an exceedingly stressful and challenging time. Her communication abilities and attention to detail empower her to deliver exceptional client service. These skills, coupled with her ability to strongly understand and align with clients’ needs and objectives, allow her to provide thoughtful and effective legal support.
