Daniel Rod

Danny is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law and is a Graduate Fellow of the College of Law having also completed a Master of Laws (Applied Law, Family Law) degree. Danny has a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts (International Studies) degree from the University of Technology, Sydney. He is currently completing a Graduate Diploma of Family Dispute Resolution Practice through the College of Law.

Danny is a fierce and loyal advocate for his clients, who appreciate his insightful, wise, and approachable manner. Danny’s passion lies in helping good people thrive and recover from separation with the dignity and the results they deserve.

Danny is now in his 10th year os practise and is experienced in all aspects of Family Law, covering a broad spectrum ranging from Financial Agreements, Family Violence, De Facto relationships, Complex Parenting and Property Matters, Oral Advocacy, Mediation, Arbitration, Collaborative law, Child Support, Bankruptcy, and Spousal Maintenance.

Known as being a no-nonsense, down to earth, pragmatic litigator, Danny knows where to draw the line between litigation and alternative dispute resolution. This approach allows Danny’s clients to achieve great results in a cost effective manner but also reduces the likelihood of protracted litigation.
