Anthony Saba

Anthony Saba is a Special Counsel in our Sydney office and an Accredited Specialist in Family Law. He also holds a Master of Applied Law with a specialisation in Family Law.

Since his admission in September 2017, Anthony has practised almost exclusively in Family Law. Alongside his Family Law experience, he has also worked in criminal law, with a particular focus on domestic violence and AVO/ADVO matters. This background has given him valuable insight into complex parenting matters involving family violence and coercive control.

Before joining Ramsden Lawyers, Anthony worked at a number of specialist Family Law firms in Sydney, where he was involved in a range of high net wealth and complex financial matters, including those involving domestic and foreign companies and trusts.

Anthony is passionate about Family Law because of his strong commitment to supporting clients through what is often one of the most challenging periods of their lives. He takes the time to understand what matters most to his clients, identify their objectives, and provide pragmatic, compassionate, and practical advice both within and outside the court process.

Anthony is also in the process of becoming a collaboratively trained practitioner and recognises the significant benefits to clients of resolving matters by agreement, without the expense and stress of litigation.
