Charlotte Williams graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Marketing. She went on to complete her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and was admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia in December 2024.

Prior to joining Ramsden Family Law, Charlotte served as Associate to His Honour Judge Durrant in the District Court of South Australia. The role sharpened her attention to detail and gave her firsthand insight into how the Court operates. Her leadership and the quality of support she provided to the judiciary saw her promoted to Senior Associate after just six months.

Charlotte has focused solely on family law since being admitted to practice. Her experience spans a wide range of parenting matters, from complex family violence cases to relocation and recovery disputes. She also supports clients through property settlements, aiming for practical resolutions via lawyer-led negotiation, mediation, and litigation when needed.

With a genuine passion for the area, Charlotte is currently undertaking a Master of Applied Law (Family Law) through the College of Law Australia to deepen her expertise even further.
