Jemma Tycho
Associate

Jemma Tycho joined Ramsden Lawyers in 2018, commencing her career with the firm as a receptionist, before gaining experience in the Personal Injuries Division and progressing to her current role as an Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. Jemma holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of International Business.
Jemma has been involved in a broad range of commercial litigation matters, with a particular focus on estate disputes, including family provision applications. She has worked across a diverse array of estate matters throughout Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. While these matters often involve high emotion and sensitivity, Jemma is known for approaching each case with professionalism, care and empathy.
In addition to estate litigation, Jemma also has a strong interest in employment law. She regularly advises and represents clients in matters arising under the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth), including but not limited to, unfair dismissal and general protections claims.
Jemma’s primary objective is to guide and support clients throughout their legal matters while striving to achieve the best possible outcomes. She is dedicated and passionate in her practice and is known for her attention to detail, as well as her approachable and understanding manner with clients.
