Joseph Marescia

Joseph Marescia is a Law Clerk in our Litigation Division. He is completing his final year of a double degree comprising a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Business (Finance) at Griffith University, where he is a recipient of the Sir Samuel Griffith Scholarship in recognition of academic achievement.

Joseph’s decision to specialise in litigation and dispute resolution arose from an appreciation that legal disputes can be a stressful and demanding experience without expert professional guidance. His compassion and understanding for clients, combined with his professional skills in litigation, make him a key support for clients of our Litigation Division.

I was recommended to speak with Matilda from two of my workmates as I have been trying to decipher various visa processes to get my overseas girlfriend a permanent position here in Australia.
