Kym Mationg is a compassionate and dedicated lawyer in our personal injury division, advocating for individuals who have experienced loss due to a range of injuries and medical conditions. With invaluable experience in total and permanent disability (TPD), compulsory third party (CTP), workers’ compensation, public liability and abuse law claims, Kym has developed a broad understanding of personal injury law. She approaches each case with empathy and a strong commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for her clients.

In early 2024, Kym further expanded her expertise in head trauma cases while working as a Graduate Law Clerk at her previous firm. This role provided her with a deeper insight into complex injury claims and the challenges clients face when navigating their claims. While Kym has worked across various areas of personal injury law, she specialises in TPD claims, finding this the most rewarding aspect of her practice.
