Maggie Faddoul

Maggie Faddoul is Special Counsel at Ramsden Lawyers, with more than 13 years of experience working in family law. She is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law, a Nationally Accredited Mediator and a collaboratively trained lawyer. She also holds a Master of Applied Law with a specialisation in family law.

Maggie advises and represents clients across a wide range of family and relationship law matters, including property settlements, parenting arrangements, financial agreements, spousal maintenance and matters involving family violence.

She has considerable experience resolving complex financial matters arising from relationship breakdowns. Maggie has acted in cases involving significant asset pools, business interests, companies and trusts.
