Maggie completed her Juris Doctor(Bond University) and Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice in 2016. In May 2017, she was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and previously worked for an established boutique law firm in Brisbane. Maggie currently leads our Wills & Estates team.

Ramsden Lawyers is an incorporated legal practice and not a legal partnership. The term partner is a form of art and does not denote that they are a partner within a legal partnership, but rather that they hold a senior position within the firm.

I was recommended to speak with Matilda from two of my workmates as I have been trying to decipher various visa processes to get my overseas girlfriend a permanent position here in Australia. As soon as Matilda picked up the phone she was courteous and professional. Quickly hearing our situation, she offering various methods of action, explaining the cost and approximate time taken for each.
