Nicholle Ferns

Nicholle Ferns is a compassionate and approachable family lawyer who is committed to helping clients navigate some of life’s most challenging circumstances. She completed her Bachelor of Laws at Griffith University and was admitted to practice in 2022.

After beginning her legal career in Wills and Estates, Nicholle found her passion in family law and has practised exclusively in this area ever since. She enjoys working closely with clients to help them understand their legal options, protect what matters most to them, and achieve practical outcomes that support their future.

Nicholle has experience across a broad range of family law matters, with a particular focus on parenting and property disputes. She regularly assists clients with Family Dispute Resolution conferences, Contravention Applications, relocation and recovery matters, and complex property settlements. While she strongly encourages resolving disputes through negotiation and mediation wherever possible, Nicholle is also an experienced advocate who confidently represents clients throughout court proceedings when required.

Known for her genuine and down to earth approach, Nicholle takes the time to understand each client’s individual circumstances. She provides clear, practical advice and works alongside her clients to help them make informed decisions with confidence.
