I was recommended to speak with Matilda from two of my workmates as I have been trying to decipher various visa processes to get my overseas girlfriend a permanent position here in Australia. As soon as Matilda picked up the phone she was courteous and professional. Quickly hearing our situation, she offering various methods of action, explaining the cost and approximate time taken for each. Following our conversation on the phone, she sent me an emailing detailing each of the topics we had discussed with links to various helpful resources.
